Tournament begins at 11am (check-in begins at 10:15am)

The Cornhole Tournament will be divided into an Adult/Child, 11-15, and 16+ age group. Each 2-person team will be guaranteed at least 4 games through a round-robin set up going into playoffs. Cost is $50/team.

If weather is rainy, the Bags & Bites event will be moved to the Concord Parks & Recreation building at 14 Canterbury St. in Concord.  All teams will be notified in advance.

Bags & Bites Cornhole Boards Sponsorship

Help support the re-build of Concord's Monkey Around Playground by sponsoring a fun event for the entire community.

Sponsorship inlcudes your company brand to be seen and heard throughout the Bags & Bites event. A set of custom cornhole boards (valued at $300) with your logo will be used as official boards during our fundraiser cornhole tournament. The boards are yours to keep after the tournament. Your logo will also be featured on the Bag & Bites webpage. Sponsorship also includes (1) 2-person team entry (valued at $50).

Cost of sponsorship is $500.

Please send your hi-res logo to The Friends of White Park at FriendsofWhitePark@gmail.com

Food Trucks

To help make this a successful event for all involved, we will be limiting the number of food trucks, as well as types of food.  In lieu of a participation fee, we kindly ask for a donation towards our cause. RESERVE YOUR SPOT TODAY!

The city of Concord requires all food truck venders to hold a valid food service license with the city. A temporary 14-day food service license is available without needing any additional lincensure.* This application can be found below. Any questions regarding the licensing process can be sent to Gwen Williams, Concord's Health and Licensing Officer.  Her email is GWilliams@ConcordNH.gov

*The city council is scheduled to vote on changes to the temporary licensing for food trucks on May 9th.  If the vote passes, the temporary lisences will now be seasonal, allowing you to work within the city limits until Fall.

If you have interest in participating and reserving your spot, please reach out to us at FriendsofWhitePark@gmail.com.
